What is included in a standard Fliteboard™ package?

Every Fliteboard™ comes complete with the board, a Flitecell (battery), a Flite Controller, an eFoil propulsion system (mast and motor), a wing set, and a premium travel bag set for easy transport.

How long does the battery last and how long does it take to charge?

Depending on rider weight and speed, a Flitecell can provide up to 90 minutes of ride time. The Flite Charging system can fully recharge a battery in approximately 2 to 3.5 hours depending on the charger model used.

Do I need a special license to operate a Fliteboard™?

Regulations vary by region and country. In many areas, an eFoil is classified as a personal watercraft. We recommend checking your local maritime laws regarding motorized vessels and safety equipment requirements before your first flight.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We offer global shipping. Due to the size and battery classification of our products, we use specialized freight partners. Shipping times typically range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your proximity to our regional distribution centers.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All Fliteboard™ products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our global service network is available to assist with maintenance, repairs, and technical support to keep you on the water.

Is the Fliteboard™ suitable for beginners?

Yes, Fliteboard™ is designed with a stable hull and intuitive handheld controller. Most riders can learn to taxi within minutes and achieve their first foil flight within their first session. We also offer a 'Learning Mode' via the app to limit power for new users.
