We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fliteboard™ equipment; if you are not, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all components are in their original packaging and meet our safety inspection requirements.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Fliteboard™, battery, and accessories in their original protective transit cases to prevent damage during return shipping.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate and schedule a professional courier collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the board's condition and component integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
